Your visit will be different to normal as we take measures to ensure the safety of our visitors, staff and animals. For the latest visitor information, please visit our FAQ page before booking your tickets and remember to check the Scottish Government guidance for the Highland Council area.
Please note: We now need to record a telephone number at the time of booking to comply with the Scottish Government's Test and Protect scheme. We will hold these details for 21 days and are required to share them with the NHS upon request.
If you are a pet owner - please be aware that only fully trained guide dogs are permitted in the park. Pets of any kind are not permitted in any area, including our car park.
If you are a member, you must book tickets at membertickets.highlandwildlifepark.org.uk for timeslots before 2pm at weekends and during the school holidays - please check the RZSS member section of our FAQ page for full details of exceptions for members and guests.
If you have prepaid tickets (including annual passes, admission vouchers, corporate tickets or adopter tickets), please select the appropriate prepaid tickets and bring your prepaid ticket confirmation on the day of your visit.
If you receive an error message after your payment details have been processed, please DO NOT rebook - email the admissions team at email@example.com and they will confirm your booking.
